Error loading survey: Unnamed translation

Hi All,

I had followed the instructions here http://help.kobotoolbox.org/creating-forms/adding-another-language-to-your-form, to add another language in my form but received the following message when I try to edit. What does it mean?

Error loading survey:

There is an unnamed translation in your form definition. Please give a name to all translations in your form.

Hi All, 

I have unable to give a proper date format, when I open my questionnaire in the mobile the date format question has appear in such a way that I need to click several times to go to the a specific date, there is no option to change the year directly and got for a specific date, which we usually do in the date format. it has shown like the attached picture where i have to click several times to go to a specific date. kindly help

Hi Elizabeth, 

Once you download the form in XLS to add another language you also need to change the (label) to (label::English) in both sheets (Survey and Choices) then upload your file to KoBo and you will be able to edit your form without an error.
