As we are approaching 200,000 users, giving detailed 1-on-1 support to all KoBo users is becoming very difficult. We will be phasing out our direct user support in the coming months. Our support team will still assist you where possible on the forum. But we think users are ultimately better served if they can draw on the support from the large community of thousands of users in virtually every country and all timezones of the world. . As part of this move, we are ending our different Google Groups. The new forum is also a much better platform as it supports voting for new ideas, marking answers as correct, and generally allows us to archive, tag, and organize questions and answers in a really useful way.
