Problem in deploying form as survey form on local setup

Hi

I am trying to install kobotoolbox on the local machine. I was using the recently updated kobo-docker project from "https://github.com/kobotoolbox/kobo-docker" and followed the steps for local setup successfully. When I opened "http://172.17.0.1:8000/" on browser, it opened successfully and i logged in with username 'kobo' and password 'kobo' successfully. I built one form with one question of type string whose screenshot of excel sheet has attached below. But when I tried to deploy the form it gave me error "No JSON object could be decoded" whose screenshot has also attached. When I clicked on the 'Project' option from drop-down then the page opened with "502 Bad Gateway" error. 

Hope I will get solution as early as possible.
