Delete Operation with zero length

Hi,

There recently was a crash of the gobby.0x539.de infinoted server which
resulted from a delete operation with zero length. I have fixed the
crasher bug in the server. However, the document in which this occurred
was named "Kubuntu test", so I assume the Kobby client was used.

I just wanted to point out that, although such a zero-length delete
operation does not do any harm (anymore), you still might want to
prevent it from being generated, because a corresponding Undo operation
will do nothing either, and this might confuse the user.
