Trying to compile latest kobby from gitorious with latest infinote from 0x539's
git doesn't work. libqinfinity looks for libinfinity-0.3; the latest infinote
installs as libinfinity-0.4.
There have been a few API changes. For example, inf_xmpp_connection_new now
takes an InfCertificateCredentials* instead of gnutls_certificate_credentials_t
so libqinfinity/xmppconnection.cpp doesn't build. Fixing that would need
changing the public API of the XmppConnection constructor, though.
inf_adopted_session_undo takes an extra argument. I was told by a gobby
developer that I can just pass '1'.
inf_text_session_new changed argument types, which affects construction of
TextSession. But this didn't seem as trivial to fix as the others, so I decided
to give up and report this bug instead of hacking it into building myself :)

libinfinity 0.4 is now released. There is protocol incompatibility so the
current version of kobby can't connect to the latest version of infinoted.
