gobby + kobby + utf-8 garbled

I tried to edit utf8 encoded documents using gobby and kobby.
When inputting text from kobby it seems to work as it should in both
editors, but when inputting text from gobby, the text gets garbled in
kobby.

Have any of you experienced this?

I just gave this a try and it seems to work fine from the gobby and kobby end
when gobby is using UTF-8. This is most likely a kobby bug, so it might be a
good idea to post a bug report on the kobby bug tracker if you can recreate it
easily: http://github.com/greghaynes/kobby/issues.
