Facebook Application integration to User's Page

I have facebook application set up. I want to post user's page using Koala. I have installed my application into user page's Apps /Page Tab/ using Page Tab Dialog. In my opinion now I can post user page's wall. So I don't have any idea how can I list all page that installed my application? How to post that Page's wall?
