composer update git problem

Hi,

today I see new error by updating:

 [RuntimeException]

   https, ssh protocols, aborting.

    error: insufficient permission for adding an object to repository databas

How to fix???

"insufficient permission" sounds like a permission issue.

I did composer update from root, and did it again from user (because bower not run with root right).

All is OK.
