Hi,

I have some questions for knxd specialists

I use an "old" IP interface Knx siemens N148/21 which can only use 1 connection
On an old installation with eibd, i can use linknx and ETS3 in the same time by eibd (and this N148/21)

now with ETS4 and linknx i can't use both in the same time by knxd, is it possible or not ?

actually my knxd command line is :  /usr/bin/knxd -c -D -T -R -S -b ipt:192.168.1.10

i have an other USB interface from Calao-systems USB-KNX-TP1-C02
this is a generic serial interface and KNX module (detail "lsusb -v" in the attach file)
my question how can i use it with knxd ? if true how ?

thanks a lot for your help

Anthony.

Why not? assuming that they all talk to knxd.

I'd guess that the module contains a tpuart, so "-b
tpuarts:/dev/ttyUSB0" (or whichever device it ends up as) should work.

Thanks for the very quick response

I tested the USB interface and it works with the parameter "-b
tpuarts: / dev / ttyUSB0" thank you

For the IP interface this does not work, all linknx and ETS4 talk to knxd
this may be a problem of connection configuration in ETS 4
ETS display the "knxd interface" but the connection does not work

I use the interface :
Type: KNXnet / IP
IP 1921.168.1.30 (raspberry ip with knxd)
and against Port I am not certain there is 6720 or something else ?
3671 ? I tested several unsuccessful values
And "NAT Mode" checked or not?

Thanks

Known bug. Use direct multicast. You get that by choosing the computer's
network interface in ETS.
