Dear members,

 

MS Nagar Karayogam Mahila Vibhag "JANANI" organised a celebration at Karayogam office on 2nd March 2014 and a visit to Nirmala Shishu Bhavan, Lingarajapuram in connection with the International Women's day on 8th March 2014.

Dr. T P Sashi Kumar, CHAIRMAN of SHIKSHA, IIAASSLL, Writer, Public speaker, Educationalist, Science communicator, Spiritual director, Life-skill / soft-skill trainer, Psychotherapist (and the list goes on) was called in as Chief guest who gave a humor filled, wonderful, scientific, thinkable speech about Women and Society. Karayogam president Sri. I P Ramachandran, Secretary Sri. EKG Panicker, Vice President Sri. E Rajan, Karayogam EC members, Janani President Smt Maya Krishna Kumar, Vice president Smt. Beena Ramachandra, Secretary Smt. Sreelekha Sreeprakasan, Jt. Secty Smt. Sreedevi Suresh, Treasurer. Smt. Sandhya Rajesh, Jt. Treasurer Smt. Satyabhama Chandran, EC members, Janani members, Yuva members were all packed in to hear from Dr. TPS. A tea party was also organised.

 

A group of Janani members headed by Secretary Sreelekha Sreeprakasan joined by Sreedevi S, Satyabhama C, Usha D, Maya Murali, Sindhu S, Manju J, Usha V, Rani, Pushpa, Rukmini S, Supabha P Nair, Lathika, and Karayogam members E Rajan, M Vijayan Nair, K Unnikrishnan, EC Devidas, V Sreeprakasan, Shashikumar M, Jayakumar K visited the NIRMALA SHISHU BHAVAN in Lingarajapuram. The group gave away groceries, clothing and distributed sweets to the children and spent quality time with them.
