2011 Knoxville Pridefest Theme and Logo Contest

The board of directors of East Tennessee Equality Council (ETEC) are
going to kick off this year’s Knoxville Pridefest planning with our
annual Knoxville Pridefest Theme and Logo contest. In 2009, the theme
was, “It’s NOT a gay thing or a straight thing. It’s a HUMAN thing!”.
In 2010, it was, “Show us your pride!”
The theme of Knoxville Pridefest will be incorporated into the graphic
logo for 2011 as in years past.
We are taking submissions from the public starting now through Sunday,
April 27th. The winner will be announced Monday afternoon, April 28th.
That same Monday night through Sunday, April 3rd, we will be taking
submissions for our 2011 logo. The logo should incorporate the
selected winning theme.
Winners will be chosen by the ETEC board of directors for both
contests. The 2nd and 3rd place for each contest will receive a 2011
Knoxville Pridefest t-shirt featuring your theme and logo. The 1st
place for each contest will receive a t-shirt in addition to an all
access VIP pass for festival day activities. Trust me. This is one
year you will want that VIP pass.

well as information on how to submit an entry.
