SOA contest discussion topics

Hello Folks,

To move things in higher gear, I call for regular discussions within the group. This could be physical meetings in Monday afternoons if it is convenient for everyone, by appointment, and online Here i throw a list of questions to be answered in the first round of discussion:

- Our project planning:
* identify the project deliverables and deadlines;
* task assignments among members;
* quality controls within the group;
* team member time schedules;
- Our project technical items
* analyze the problem and marking schema, and identify the components that will be counted by the board of committee.
* plan for iterations for each stage of the development, so far we are still in the requirements analysis stage, I assume.
* As the PM and architect, Qiao Wei, please play the master's role and get all team members start to roll.
- One of us should go through the original problem statement and draft up a first version of software requirements spec, and communicate to other group members. (It is not required by IBM, but it will be our major reference for later design stage).
- We should read the recommended materials by IBM, and share them within the group.
- We should also counting days from today.
Finally, we should win this contest!
