Conversion to PHP 8.1 on Dreamhost has broken my site

I have operated my personal website on Dreamhost using Known for years. A recent automatic update to PHP 8.1 by Dreamhost broke the site and I was forced to revert back to PHP 7.4. I was notified by Dreamhost that in May, all sites must be migrated to 8.1.

I'm looking for recommendations for either updating Known to work with PHP 8.1 or a way to migrate from Known to a different CMS. I currently use Wordpress for my business site, but I was very happy with Known because of the ease of use. Since this site is mainly used for updating family and friends, I want something simple.

The development version should work on PHP 8.1:

What broke? Have you used a one click install or installed it yourself?
