Error when viewing users

Hi.

I decided to take a look at the latest iteration of Known, so I downloaded 

version 1.2.2+2020061101 from the website and installed it on a local LAMP

stack. It installed OK, and seems to be working properly, except for a strange issue.

On the "Users" page in site configuration, it says that there is 1 user, but shows no details.

The apache error log shows this:

Is this an artefact of running on a local non internet facing system, or an actual error?
