I finally woke up a couple of months ago about a fancy way to prove the Native American ancestor I wanted to prove. NA haplogroups for native American males and females are not the same as those from Europe. In the first place they developed in Asia and then changed in the Americas. So I am trying desperately to find a female descendant who would carry the MtDNA haplogroup, so I can test her. Still working on this. But I just ordered the kit so that it will be on hand when I need it.  

Sadly I am still looking. I don't know why but all my male lines daughtered out. Most of my female lines had only sons. ARGHHHHH.  Is this like Murphy's law? My Murphy line daughtered out.
