Happy New Year!

I hope you all had a good start into 2026. Also, we are happy to share
updates on these things that happened in December:

- We are happy to announce that we are part of three papers that have
been accepted for presentation at the 3rd FAIR Digital Objects
Conference: https://fairdo.org/fdo-conference-2026/

- We have set up the "Fearless Early Nanopub Adopter Club" for anyone
interested in nanopublications and finding out how they can be useful:
https://w3id.org/spaces/fenac

- The final report for the FDO Connect project (a.k.a. FAIR Data
Publisher) is now available here:
https://mission-ki.de/en/final-report-on-the-fair-data-publisher-a-foundation-for-interoperable-data-spaces-in-europe

- We presented how our technology is applied in the dokieli project
(https://csarven.ca/presentations/dokieli-authentic-web) at the
Authentic Web workshop, part of the Credible Web W3C Community Group:
https://www.w3.org/events/meetings/f10ec76d-5894-49d0-892c-4cb6f8036a64/

- Our technology was featured by Neverblink at the SEMIC Conference,
demonstrating how their Jelly-RDF protocol can reduce Nanopublication
network transfer times from hours to mere seconds, significantly
improving the network’s scalability:
https://data.europa.eu/en/news-events/events/semic-2025-conference

- This blog post by Gertjan Filarski explains how nanopublications (via
Knowledge Pixels technology) can be used to annotate objects in colonial
collections in a semantic and decentralized fashion:
https://www.p-322.com/en/posts/20251211-outside-the-dataset-within-the-community-enrichments-as-nanopublications/

So, there has been a lot of activity and progress, but much more to come
in 2026, which you will hear about very soon! :)

Regards,
Tobias
