Because of the KMS (KM Systems) offers made by software editors, too
many people and companies executives believe that technique is the only
issue for having more knowledgeable employees and collaborators in
their department.
That opinion won't lead to any efficient solution nor noticeable
results !
Knowledge is a pure natural process and it builds the personality.
May I invite you for a serious discussion about that critical subject ?
It will help managers to understand why so many KM initiatives have
failed and will crash again when that human dimension is not taken into
a deep consideration.
