Greetings from IIM Kozhikode!

We are pleased to invite paper submissions for the 11th International Conference on Operational Excellence (ICOPEX 2027) to be held during 11–13 January 2027 at the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIMK), Kerala, India.

The conference theme is:

“Human-Centric and Sustainable Operational Excellence in the Era of AI and Digitalization”

ICOPEX 2027 aims to bring together academicians, researchers, industry professionals, consultants, and practitioners from across the globe to discuss emerging trends, challenges, and innovations in Operational Excellence, Quality Management, Continuous Improvement, AI, Digitalization, Industry 4.0/5.0, Sustainability, and related areas.

We invite original abstracts for research papers, case studies, and practitioner contributions. Once these abstracts are selected after review, you will be requested to submit full papers which will be peer reviewed for inclusion in conference proceedings.
