The General Management Area of K. J. Somaiya Institute of Management, Somaiya Vidyavihar University, Mumbai, India in collaboration with Association of Management Development Institutions in South Asia (AMDISA), is immensely pleased to invite you to the 5th International Conference on Challenges in Emerging Economies on 10th December 2022 which will be hosted in a hybrid mode. The theme for this year's conference is ‘Business Agility and Sustainability in the Heuristic Environment'. The Keynote Speaker for the Professor Fulufhelo Netswera, Executive Dean of the Faculty of Management Sciences. He is a visiting professor at the Lincoln International Business School, United Kingdom. His areas of interests are higher education management, governance, entrepreneurship and philanthropy.
Our pre-conference workshop on 'Mixed-Methods Research in Social Sciences' will be conducted on Friday, 25th & Saturday, 26th November 2022 by Professor Vishal Gupta, Associate Professor in the Organizational Behaviour Area at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. His current areas of teaching and research are leadership development, mindfulness, emotional intelligence, organization development and R & D management. His research has been published in reputed journals such as Academy of Management Journal, Human Resource Management, Personnel Review, International Journal of Human Resource Management, Journal of Advanced Nursing, etc. and has covered dailies like Times of India, Economic Times, Mint, etc.
This conference presents publication opportunities in scopus indexed and C category in ABDC listed journals like Business Perspectives and Research and Journal of Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies. Best business cases can find an opportunity to publish in KJSIM Case Compendium launched by KJSIM Case Research Centre. All selected extended abstracts will be published in ICCEE 2022 compendium with eISBN.
