The AOM 2026 Submission and Reviewer Centers are Open! Dear Arun,   The 2026 Academy of Management Annual Meeting Submission and Reviewer Centers are now open!   Submitting and reviewing proposals is a great way to share your work, connect with scholars, and contribute to the field.   Important Notes for Submissions 📌 Submitters do not need to be AOM Members. If accepted, participants must become AOM members and register for the Annual Meeting. All attendees must be AOM Members and registered for the meeting. Call for Submissions ✍️ Share research that advances management and organizational scholarship.   Prepare to submit: Familiarize yourself with the Submission Process. Read the Call for Submissions and Individual Calls from Divisions, Interest Groups, Affiliates, and Caucus Committees. 💻New for 2026: On-Demand Sessions To expand opportunities for participation and spark even more scholarly exchange, we’re thrilled to introduce On-Demand Sessions! This offering will allow accepted presenters who cannot attend in person to prerecord and showcase their work on our secure online platform. This opportunity will ensure all ideas are part of the conversation no matter where they are in the world. Registered attendees will be able to watch the on-demand presentations before, during, and after the Annual Meeting, giving your research even greater visibility and impact. Registration is required to participate in On-Demand sessions.   Submission Deadline 📅 Tuesday, 13 January 2026 Decision Notification: Late March 2026   Call for Submissions Submission Center   Call for Reviewers 📝 Volunteer to review proposals and help shape the Annual Meeting program.
