We are pleased to invite you to the 12th Management Doctoral Colloquium (MDC) 2026, to be held on 28th -30th January 2026 at the Vinod Gupta School of Management (VGSoM), Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
The colloquium aims to bring together doctoral scholars, faculty members, and early-stage researchers to share their ongoing research, receive feedback from eminent academicians, and build research collaborations across diverse domains of management.

All submissions will be checked for plagiarism using a standard reputed similarity detection software.
Poster Presentations
Posters must be printed on A1 size waterproof sheets. Printing advised with a 2-inch margin on all sides, with eyelets on all four corners, and text in dark print on light colored background. We will not be able to help participants print their posters. Participants are advised to print their posters and bring them along.
