Dear Scholars,
We hope this email finds you well. We would like to inform you that due to requests from some scholars, we have extended the paper submission deadline to 10th December 2025. Also, we would like to inform that scholars can submit an extended abstract of 1,000 words (excluding references). However, to be considered for the conference awards in different tracks and subsequent Scopus-indexed publication based on quality of the paper and consent from the author, full research papers need to be submitted before the conference date (21st December).

DOCMAD 2025 will feature three tracks:
- Doctoral Proposal Track: for FPM/Ph.D. students at the proposal stage of their thesis.
- Advanced Research Paper Track: for doctoral scholars wishing to present a full research paper.
- Job Market Paper Track: for scholars awarded their FPM/Ph.D. in 2025, or those who have submitted their thesis before 15 September 2025 and are awaiting examiners’ reports. Participants in this track will present their selected job market paper to potential recruiters.
- Cooperatives Track: We have a special track for paper submitted under the theme of ‘Cooperatives’ to commemorate the International Year of Cooperatives. Any FPM/Ph.D. scholar can submit paper on this track if their paper is related to cooperatives.
Submissions are invited under eight broad themes: Economics | OB & HR | Marketing | Finance Accounting Costing | Production, Operations Management & QT | General Management, Strategy & Policy | IT & Systems | Social Sciences | Special Theme on Cooperatives.
Finalized sessions for the DOCMAD 2025 are:
· Impact of Research in Policy: A Realistic Assessment by Dr. Shreekant Gupta (Professor at Delhi School of Economics)
· Research Outputs: Exploring Options Beyond Journal Publications by Prof. Gopalkrishnan Narayanmurthy (University of Liverpool, UK)
· Diagnosing Ph.D. Thesis: A Reviewer’s Perspective by Prof. H.S. Shylendra (IRMA, TSU)
· A Panel of Editors: TBC
Registration Fees:
- Early Bird (Till 14th December): ₹4,500
- Regular (15th-19th December): ₹6,000

I hope this email finds you well.We are pleased to announce the sixth edition of DOCMAD (Doctoral Colloquium in Management and Development), scheduled from 22nd to 24th December 2025. As per our previous editions, the objective in this year is to bring together doctoral researchers, both at early and advanced stages of their work from leading institutes across the country.DOCMAD is exclusively for:
✔ Current Doctoral (Ph.D.) Students
✔ Recent Doctoral Graduates (Ph.D. awarded in 2025)DOCMAD 2025 will feature three tracks:
