Greetings from IIM Bangalore!

 

We are pleased to invite you to the 6th edition of the prestigious Human Resources International Conference (HRIC), taking place between 9-11th April 2026. In collaboration with the HR division of the Academy of Management, this year the conference is being organized by IIM Bangalore. With the theme of “Sustainable Human Resource Management in the Age of Disruption", the event will bring together leading scholars, industry experts, and practitioners to discuss the evolving landscape of HR in the age of disruption.

 

The conference will feature keynote addresses, panel discussions, and research presentations on a diverse set of tracks. This is an excellent opportunity to engage in insightful discussions, share your research, and network with professionals from around the world. Please find attached the call for submission for this year's theme. Last date of Submissions is 22^nd September 2025.
