We are delighted to invite you and your esteemed institution to participate in the International Conference ICON-2026 on the theme “Redefining Value Creation: Digital Transformation for a Sustainable and Human-Centric Economy”, being organized by the School of Management & Liberal Arts, IMS Unison University, Dehradun, in collaboration with leading global partners including Gedu College of Business Studies, Royal University of Bhutan, Skyline University Nigeria, University of West Alabama (USA), CSIBER Kolhapur (India), and Department of Business Management, HNB Garhwal University (India).
The conference will be held on April 10–11, 2026 in Hybrid Mode (online & offline), preceded by a Pre-Conference Workshop on April 9, 2026 focusing on AI-enabled tools for research, academic writing, and data analytics.
ICON-2026 aims to provide a vibrant platform for academicians, researchers, industry professionals, and policymakers to deliberate on how digital transformation can be aligned with sustainability, inclusivity, and human well-being. The conference will feature six thematic tracks covering Artificial Intelligence & Industry 5.0, Sustainability & ESG, Business Analytics, Innovation & Entrepreneurship, Marketing & Digital Economy, and Human Capital & the Future of Work.
Outstanding contributions will be recognized through Best Paper Awards, and selected papers will be published in Scopus-indexed conference proceedings, subject to journal policy. All submissions will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process to ensure academic excellence.
