We are pleased to invite you to 16th IMS-ICON 2026, the International Conference on “Redefining Innovation, Inclusion & Sustainability in Humanitarian Supply Chains”, scheduled on 27–28 February 2026 (Friday–Saturday) at IMS Ghaziabad. 16th IMS-ICON 2026 aims to bring together scholars, practitioners, and policymakers to deliberate on emerging challenges and innovative practices shaping humanitarian supply chains across disciplines such as Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Operations, Analytics, and Sustainability.
The conference aims to provide focused interdisciplinary platforms bringing together academicians, researchers, and industry professionals through research paper presentations, research posters, and recognition of innovative teaching pedagogy in management education
1. Call for Research Papers & Research Posters
Original research papers and research posters are invited on relevant conference sub-themes.
-Students Research Poster presentation (based on previous research reviews or firm/industry/economic level data)
-Research articles as empirical research, review papers, case studies
Key Dates
The selected paper will be considered for publication in Scopus / ABDC indexed journals, including Special Issues on Conference Theme in partnership with
South Asian Journal of Management (SAJM)* and African Journal of Business and Economics Research (AJBER)* (indexed in Scopus, ABDC, UGC Care). All selected abstract papers will be published in conference proceedings with ISBN. *APC applied.
2.Management Education Track – IMS Teacher Award
IMS-ICON 2026 also recognizes innovative management educators who have designed, adopted, or implemented creative pedagogical tools and practices in MBA/PGDM or equivalent programs in recent years.
The pedagogy should reflect emerging trends and demonstrate impact in developing progressive skills such as critical thinking, innovation, and contextual awareness among students.
Submission Requirements
Management faculty/educators are invited to submit an Teaching Statement (≈2000 words) covering (but not limited to):
a) Objective / Purpose; b) Adoption / Implementation Process; c) Student Learning & Assessment Criteria; d) Impact on Teaching–Learning Outcomes; (Nomination Details: Name, Affiliation, and Title)
Screening & Presentation
Entries will undergo an initial screening based on pedagogical innovation.
Shortlisted educators will be invited to present their innovative Teaching Statement during the Management Education Track at the 16th IMS-ICON 2026, to be held on 27–28 February, 2026 at IMS Ghaziabad, Lal Kuan, Ghaziabad, India.
