Phishers may contact you through a fraudulent email, phone call, text message, website, or social media page/account. Generally, phishers will make an offer that sounds too good to be true; promise that you can win or make money; request your bank account details or credit card number when you are not making a purchase; use scare tactics to make you act immediately; or contact you to ask for personal information DHS already has.
New York's Medicaid program provides comprehensive health coverage to more than 7.3 million lower-income New Yorkers (as of December, 2021.) Medicaid pays for a wide-range of services, depending on your age, financial circumstances, family situation, or living arrangements. These services are provided through a large network of health care providers that you can access directly using your Medicaid card or through your managed care plan if you are enrolled in managed care. Some services may have small co-payments, which can be waived if you cannot afford them.
Simply log in to your Individual Online Services account, select Payments, bills and notices from the upper left menu, and then select Make a Payment from the drop-down. (You'll need to create an account if you don't already have one.) We have made arrangements with Wells Fargo to provide card services. Wells Fargo accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Your Community Services Card will stop working when your NZ Superannuation is approved. This is because there's been a change in your circumstances (i.e. your income). You'll need to re-apply for a new card.
When your combo card is due to expire, we'll automatically send you a new one. However, if you get NZ Super and your income is close to the limit for a Community Services Card, we'll send you a renewal application form. You'll need to complete this and return it to us. Then we'll send you a new combo card.

The Restaurant Meals Program allows certain Nutrition Assistance (NA) participants to use their Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) card to purchase prepared meals from participating restaurants. This may also include the deli section of a participating grocery store. This program is available to an NA household if every person in the household meets one or more of the following conditions:
Most parents pay child support through Income Withholding Orders. If this is not an option, the parent can pay their court ordered support obligation by MoneyGram, mail or online by automatic withdrawal, phone, mobile website, TouchPay or credit card.
The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) is the largest federal nutrition assistance program. SNAP provides benefits to eligible low-income individuals and families via an Electronic Benefits Transfer card. This card can be used like a debit card to purchase eligible food in authorized retail food stores.
Overall the report found that the introduction of income management in the APY Lands is positively viewed by the majority of the community. There is evidence that Income Management is helping people in the APY Lands protect themselves from financial harassment and that it helps to stabilise finances for people with chronic financial management problems. There was also evidence that children are being fed better food more often, and that there has been a reduction in gambling and drinking alcohol, due to the reduced amount of cash in the community.
The Qualitative Findings report is based on 58 in-depth interviews with 74 representatives from stakeholder organisations and 66 in-depth interviews with potential or current trial participants across the Bundaberg and Hervey Bay region. Where possible, the research team sought interviews with Cashless Debit Card participants prior to them transitioning formally onto the card.
If you do NOT currently receive SNAP benefits and children in your household were determined to be eligible for the NSLP, you will need to complete a brief application on the NH EASY website ( ). The application will be available on the website from September 30, 2023, through November 30, 2023. If it is determined that your household is eligible for P-EBT, you will receive a P-EBT card in the mail and benefits will be available on that card in either November or December, based on your application date. If your application was received prior to November 1, you will receive your benefits in November. If your application is received after November 1 and before November 30, you will receive your benefits in December. Please be aware that your new P-EBT card can take up to two weeks to arrive.

Your SNAP benefits are directly deposited once a month into your Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) SNAP account. You will use an EBT debit card to go shopping at participating grocery stores. At check out, you will use the same card machine used by all other customers. No one will know how you are paying for your food except the cashier and you. The store clerk is trained to assist you if you need help. You can learn more about EBT at the EBT webpage.
Priority will be given to applications from households with income at or below 30% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Applicants that do not meet the eligibility priority may be processed at a later time.
