Is This is an Official Group?

I have been wondering is this forum an official Google Knol discussion
group? This group is mentioned on the main Knol help page, so it
should be:

http://knol.google.com/k/knol/knol/Help#

On the other hand, with all other official forums for any Google
service, I'm used to the fact you can't see anyone's email address
when on a discussion on the web interface for the group you click the
"More options" link for a user and then click the email address that
contains the three dots so you can see the full email address.

I'm asking this because I maintain an unofficial list of Google forums
(link below) and I want to keep it correct:

http://sites.google.com/site/tomihasa/google-forums

And I also maintain an unofficial Google Groups FAQ, so I have some
experience using Google forums and how the official Google forums
differ from unofficial Google forums:

As far as I can detect, this is not an official group. I do not
believe that there is an official group. But why not join a group
newly formed to help others?
