Where can I find an upgraded version of jQuery.tmpl?

I can't find a version compatable.

I have found other forum messages that reference knockout version 1.3 beta, but I have version 2.2.1

This page has a link to all of the versions of KO and at the bottom there is the latest supported jQuery.tmpl file: http://knockoutjs.com/downloads/index.html
