Broken ASP.NET MVC example "Editing a variable-length list, Knockout-style"

Knockout's website has an example http://learn.knockoutjs.com/#/?tutorial=loadingsaving , "Step 3 of 5", with an external link "here's an example of making ASP.NET MVC model-bind JSON form data". This links to http://blog.stevensanderson.com/2010/07/12/editing-a-variable-length-list-knockout-style/

This page is pretty broken. Perhaps the link should be taken out or changed to another site? Specifically, the "Live Demo" doesn't work, and the source code download http://blog.stevensanderson.com/blogfiles/2010/July/koListEditor.zip doesn't work, and googling koListEditor.zip doesn't yield anything.
