Bootstrap Carousel with knockout js

I have developed a sample application (attached) where i am using bootstrap carousel with knockout js. Carousel is working fine but knockout bindings are not working for slides. Buttons binded with knockout click binding not working at all.

Can you help on this, how to bind button click along within bootstrap carousel or any other way to achieve the same.
