error message: Package ‘knitr’ version 1.39 cannot be unloaded:

HI , I keep receiving this error message while trying to install Knitr, any help?

Error in unloadNamespace(package) : namespace ‘knitr’ is imported by ‘rmarkdown’, ‘survMisc’ so cannot be unloaded/

I tried to remove ‘rmarkdown’, ‘survMisc’ , but it didn't work either.
