Im thinking that Cottonee/Monmen might be the answer, as although it doesn't seem to mean "many men" in Japanese, the Japanese name does sound a bit like many men in English... Perhaps the quiz writer made an error, or perhaps they meant "sounds like" instead of "means"!?? I would say that from Teod53's shortlist, this is the best contender. Also it is odd, as the Japanese names for Pokmon are usually related to the Pokmon in a similar way to the English names. I would expect a Pokmon called "many men" in Japanese to represent, well, many men! Or at least, to have multiple heads, or something...
Snorunt = ユキワラシ Yukiwarashi: Yukiwarashi may be a combination of 雪 yuki (snow) and 座敷童子 zashiki warashi (a spiritual creature found in the folklore of Iwate Prefecture).
Vulpix = ロコン Rokon: Rokon may be a combination of 六 roku (six) and 恨 kon (grudge), which refers to the curse that Vulpix and Ninetales may cast on their foes. This is also reflected in Vulpix, which learns Grudge. Kon may also refer to the Japanese onomatopoeia kon kon, which is the sound that foxes make. Furthermore, a コンロ konro is a gas burner stove. Also, an alternate reading of the Japanese word for fox, 狐 kitsune, is ko.
So, none of these Pokmon seem to mean "many men" in Japanese. I also tried looking up the meanings of other Pokmon who looked like they had multiple personalities e.g. Exeggcute, Dugtrio, Dodrio but they weren't close either and don't fit the other descriptors. I would go with Cottonee as my best guess. What's the quiz for? :)

A Starter Pokmon is a Pokmon that the player will play as when starting a new game. The starter is determined by the personality test. Depending on the player's gender and test answers, he/she may get different starters.
The Personality Quiz is the nine question quiz that determines the Pokmon that the player will play as throughout each Mystery Dungeon game. The test is always taken at the start of every game. It consists of eight personality questions and the last question, which is always whether the player is "Male" or "Female". At the end of the quiz, the player will have a score of points associated with a Pokmon nature. Depending on the Pokmon's nature and gender, the player will be assigned a certain Pokmon as a starter.
The Adventure Squad games and Pokmon Mystery Dungeon: Gates to Infinity do not have personality quizzes; the starter is chosen directly. In Pokmon Super Mystery Dungeon and Pokmon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DX, after the Pokmon is chosen from the quiz, the player is given a choice to accept or deny it. If the player chooses to deny it, the starter can be directly chosen.
After the player have been assigned a starter Pokmon, a second Pokmon, as the player's partner Pokmon, is assigned. This Pokmon will stay with the player for the rest of the game, and has a major role in the progression of the plot.
