This is actually a warranty replacement shoe for a pair I bought recently that had a small issue. Customer service was excellent and quickly provided a pair of replacement shoes .

The answer is no, but there are a few exceptions. The leather insole is a structural part of our shoes/boots, is where the Welt & uppers are stitched through the welting process, and so it cannot be removed.
Said that, there is one exception, which is our Ultraflex System construction, which aside from the structural leather insole also comes with an additional memory foam insole on top of it. This memory foam insole can be removed easily.

Inspiration for our Fez Loafer came from a trip to Fez, Morocco where Yuni was given these beautiful slippers with an asymmetric toe shape. Inspired, she wanted to design around this slipper to marry it with a classic penny loafer.
Fez is a soft, unlined penny loafer made from supple Italian Nappa leather. Our Fez Loafer features an asymmetric toe shape and clean minimal lines. Fez is made with a soft deconstructed upper and our signature padded insole to fit like a slipper.
My inspiration for our Fez Loafer came from a trip to Fez, Morocco where I was given these beautiful slippers with an asymmetric toe shape. Inspired, I wanted to design around this slipper and marry it with a classic penny loafer. I removed the heavy stitching detail you might associate with a penny loafer to enhance the minimal and clean look. Unlike a classic penny loafer with a hard leather upper, Fez features a soft deconstructed upper.
To finish it off, we do not stitch down the strap of the loafer to the vamp of the loafer. This allows a little more give in the instep of the loafer, leading to a more comfortable vamp. This makes the shoes immediately more comfortable and allows for less creasing, while keeping with a sleek profile.

Well, at any rate, it's the New Balance 1906L, a sneaker-loafer hybrid that has gone absolutely viral since it made its debut in fall fashion collections. But I think this is in a category of shoe that's supposed to be looked at. And so I think people will wear it with outfits that will highlight that in some capacity and get people to come over and say, wait, what are those on your feet?SUMMERS: OK, so help me understand. What is it about this shoe that caused it to go so viral? I mean, the reaction online has been crazy.GALLAGHER: I think that we are in this mode, in the footwear world in particular, where virality is a goal. This shoe, it's hitting that trend, but it's also hitting this kind of I would say comfort-minded trend that we've been stuck with since the pandemic, where, you know, dress shoes really went the way of the dodo. And people were wearing shoes that were, you know, slip-ons. They, you know, were easy on the feet. And so that's what people still continue to look for. And so this is kind of a way of giving a little bit more professionality. Though, again, I don't see people really wearing this in the office that much, but it's really a comfort-driven shoe.SUMMERS: Jacob, I do have to ask you.
