Top Four Targets, Jan-March, 2017

Dear friends,

From our meeting yesterday, we finalized with bank reconciliations, and we were able to compute interest attained over the years, deducting all expenses from our predecessors and charges.

We did not renew our certification this year, but hope to make it high priority in the first quarter of 2016.

Top Four targets for the first quarter, 2017 include;

• Renewal of certification
• Mailing list cleanup and review of member details.
• Replace "members" with less than the minimum requirements.
• Land purchase.

Hello Knights Sacco team,
Thanks Henry & Julian for the great work of reviving the Sacco. It's very much headed in the right direction, and I believe that your persistent selfless efforts are gaining traction.

I would very much want to serve on the Steering team next year, as I know I'll assist the Sacco to gain more consistent Savers, build  Processes and realise sustainable Investments.
