Iraq, Vietnam and the Lie of the "Anti-War" Left

Russia, through China, helped North Korea invade South Korea in an
attempt to take over the land there. They failed. We pulled out. They
didn't exactly lose, we came to a draw, much to our commanding
general's displeasure.
In times since people have apologized for this. If you had an invading
army come into your land and attempt to take over everything you had -
killing your neighbors and family - would you feel that this was for a
"noble" cause?
North Vietnam did the same thing. Eventually, through the help of the
"anti-war" activists of the 60s, North Vietnam succeeded in what North
Korea failed to do. The resulting destabization of South East Asia led
to tens of millions of murders by Communists... and the utter
destruction of their land. Not quite as utter as what has happened to
North Korea, but just about as bad.
The hippies, the "anti-war" crowd were a primary cause of this. Their
movement was enveloped in a lie. While many of them claimed to be
pacifists, ultimately, the core of their movement was pro-Viet Cong.
The Pacifists among them were a good front face, the pawns of the
overall army... the liars who stood out front keeping back the truth
from the world about their murderous brothers.
Ultimately, further, if you help a murderer, you are a murderer.
As much as the Left likes to go on about America and our supposed
aggressions in the world... one has to wonder, "How, exactly, do they
consider the Viet Cong not to be the aggressor?"
On top of this the Left of their day legitimized drug usage and rampant
fornication... which has destroyed the people of the inner cities,
severely hurt our entire nation, and destabalized the very bedrock of
our nation: the institution of marriage. They talked about being "one
big family"... and they created a new society based around the
destruction of real families.
This is our inheritance today.
Likely, this is not the way you viewed these people growing up. This is
because they themselves, supposedly "enemies of the system" were the
system. They took over the media and the schools. They wrote pslams of
praise to themselves. They cleverly rewrote history to put it in a
diabolical light. That said, none of these facts are things they can
deny. Indeed, we all know them. But, consider how we have forgotten
them because they have been whitewashed with the retelling from the
Left.
The same situation is happening today. The Left wants to pull out of
Iraq. Iraq is a mess, I admit. I knew it when we went in. These
Islamists are dogs, snakes, and they return good favors with a rending.
But, we have needed stability in the Middle East, we have needed a
place to put our troops, and Iraq it is: right between Iran and Syria.
Right above Saudi Arabia.
The Left today, calling themselves once again the "anti-war" movement
rejoice when more Shiites are killed by Sunnis or when something else
bad happens in the Middle East. They think of themselves as on the same
side as the Islamists. They are on the same side. But, evil does not
have a cousin and the evil ones eat their own. Criminal groups will
gladly kill off their own competitors -- even if those competitors are
their own parents or brother.
What happens today in the Middle East if we pull out right away? The
region collapses. Completely. The Sunnis and Shiites fight at each
other horrendously. More Sunnis join in, and more Shiites join in. Then
what? It is no longer our problem? Who gets blamed for all of this? How
many Iraqis and other Arabs would die because of this?
But the Left thinks, "It would be great. The area would become a
disaster and the Republicans would get blamed. Maybe, if things get
really bad, we can take over power".
Meanwhile, the Left goes further and further left alienating themselves
from any kind of majority whatsoever.
Let's face the facts: we are in Iraq to keep the peace. We are dying
for these ungrateful dogs. We are doing good to these snakes. They hate
us if we do good, they hate us regardless of what we do. They don't
hate us because we are in Iraq. We are building schools there and
infrastructure. They hate us because we are not Muslim.
What does the Left want? The same thing the Islamists want. They all
want a single world government, a totaltarian government where
lawlessness rules. That is their goal. They hope they themselves will
be in power, but most of them won't ever taste the earthly power they
so lust after.
We are for lawfulness. We are for freedom. We are for justice. We are
of the good.
It is simple.
