Even as someone who has difficulties with many aspects of President
Bush's policies I found myself on his side last week when the streets
of Delhi and Mumbai filled up with the sort of people who oppose him.
They were a motley crew. A melange of Marxists, Islamists and
well-meaning loonies of activist genre and if they should ever be in a
position to create the world of their dreams it would be a
totalitarian, Marxist, Islamist theocracy. How scary is that? Give me
the US of A any old time. It is a free society as is our own, and we
would like to keep it that way.

While President Bush and our Prime Minister were signing the
''historic'' nuclear agreement, anti-American protesters used
television to enunciate their worldview. It is a simple one. Everything
American is bad and George Bush is the ''biggest terrorist''
and mass murderer. Pretty rich coming from Marxists and Islamists. On
the mass murder front how does Bush compare with Chairman Mao and
Comrade Stalin? Osama bin Laden? Saddam Hussein?

Arundhati Roy, who has the unique ability to approach politics through
fiction instead of reality, made the amazing claim that she and the
Marxists she marched with represented popular Indian sentiment while
Bush was speaking only ''to a few caged rich people in the Delhi
zoo''. She uses words so imaginatively she must go back to writing
fiction. Politics and economics are not her forte or she would not have
blamed the American President for India's ''new economic
order'', which in her view is ''garroting'' the poor. It
has escaped her notice that in the days before India opted for a new
economic order there were twice as many garroted poor people than there
are today.

At least she was not carrying a placard supporting Ayotollah Khomeini.
This was left to more Islamist protesters who appeared to have confused
the American President with the Danish cartoonist. The largely Muslim
rally in Mumbai came together mainly to express rage against the
cartoons apparently without noticing that they have nothing to do with
Bush. TV anchors had a hard time explaining the situation to their
viewers.

The protesters had a cartoon quality and a serious one. The serious
aspect is that Indian Muslims who have so far stayed away from the
Islamist war against the West now seem to be joining in. When was the
last time Muslims came out in such large numbers to protest against
anything? In doing so they showed that they were at odds with the
general sentiment of the country. Recent polls indicate that most
Indians feel no resentment against the United States and many think of
it as the promised land. The largest number of foreign students in
American universities come from India and in the global war against
terrorism most Indians think we are on the same side as America.

As for Dr Manmohan Singh's Marxist supporters, it is time that he
asked them whether they seriously believe that Iran going nuclear is
good for India but India coming to an agreement with the United States
on nuclear energy is bad. What kind of twisted logic is that? Not only
was last week's nuclear agreement very much in India's interest
but, as the Prime Minister said, ''we made history''. More is
the shame that he could not persuade his commie friends to be more
dignified in their protests. It is extremely bad behaviour to call a
visiting head of state a ''mass murderer'' and considering how
well our Prime Minister was received in Washington last July it is
unfortunate that leftist bullying tactics prevented President Bush from
addressing Parliament.

Notice how she, the author, points out these Muslims haven't been
coming out before in masses, nor Marxist.

The global Islamist and Marxist threat is a serious one. Unfortunately,
it is poorly understood and not taken seriously by many -- despite the
state sponsership of both of these groups.

There is a pride in America, in the West, in all of the Free World...
that we have reached the top of civilization and nothing can ever
topple us.

If more people would speak up... and speak honestly... like this lady
has... I think we could make it. But, instead, even making obvious
points like that "Bush's visit wasn't even having anything to do with
these cartoons they are protesting" are taboo.

Some call it "multiculturalism", to use a word. "All cultures are
equal". "God and Christianity have no place in the modern world", they
say when they speak of "it". "It" is a world view of a sort one might
most honestly call a religion. A religion where the self is ultimately
and God is nothing.

That they speak of president Bush, for instance, as the "world's
greatest terrorist" -- how is that? Across the globe they sing the very
same jingles. Islamist, Communist alike... one steals from the other
and they sing the same tune.

Break it to them that if they ever get the global totalitarian society
they want they won't be the ones in power and they simply will not
comprehend that. They are just as scales on the fish... or the dragon.
They don't know where they are going nor what they are a part of.

But, who understands such things?

As the Soviet Union fell... as it reached its' ruinous plateau, the
Islamists rose. This is no coincidence. Conspiracy theory you can call
it, or fact. The Left could not initially believe Osama Bin Laden was
behind 9/11 for this very reason: it was too perfect to go from one
cold war to another with only a space of ten years of peace. It had to
be set up to keep up the illusion of a fight to sustain the
non-Communist powers, they reasoned.

It is true, many of the Left today still do believe this sort of
nonsense but the vast majority have finally accepted the grim truth
Osama Bin Laden was behind it all. Only Islamists continue with the
claim that the USA herself was behind 9/11... and in their story the
ultimate victor behind the scenes is really the Jew.

But even these people know that is a lie they tell just to hurt God...
it is a sin they do because it is sinning.

The reason that we have seen this happen, this shift in power... the
reason evil has not just "gone away" is because evil has no place to
go.

Sure, people are evil. We are all innately evil in our flesh.
Selfishness, you could call it. The flesh is innately selfish, one
could explain it as... though true Christians understand how "evil"
evil really is. True Christians understand the filthiness - the
condemnation - of that stuff we can "sin".

People are evil. God alone is good. But evil "evil" we are talking
about here, not the sins of mere men... but the mechanizations of
planets, of "gods".

This is the real conspiracy theory. That is right, the whole "God and
the Devil" business. Somewhere in that dusty old Book it talks about
how the world is just at the hands of vast celestial creatures...
angels, light and dark.

These things said we can, surely, understand everything that is
happening today with a rational mindset... if we understand these basic
concepts at work. Nobody could ever believe Hitler or Stalin would
actually kill all of those Jews and Christians. They did. They did not
think they would do these things and did not believe them while they
were happening because people did not understand what is going on in
the world. They have no clue. They still don't, even with the full
gamut of history behind us, they explain these events as
"unexplainable".

"Hitler was insane", they mutter.

"Stalin was a bad guy", they say.

Why was he insane? How was he insane? Sure, he wrote the Mein Kampf and
people could have read that to predict his future moves... but could
they really? Could anyone really believe anyone would be so insane...?

The great, big conspiracy theory every Christian is supposed to believe
in -- but doesn't.

How can anyone every know what is really going on when they are focused
on lies like the "Left Behind" series or the "word of faith"
televangelists?

The Christianity is there... but misguided and dim in so very many
because of the great prevalence of lies in the world.

Regardless, do not be fooled: tomorrow is a dark harbinger. I would
rather live a quiet and prosperous life myself, but no. Look at these
people, the Islamists and Marxists. They are as a troubled sky before
the storm.

Be disturbed by their insanity. Notice the global reach of it. Watch
it. Because that very insanity, that is evil. Evil of that magnitude is
backed by intelligences beyond our own, backed by wills, objectives.

Nobody asked, "Why were they trying to kill all of the Jews?"

They never assumed there was a "they" behind Hitler and Stalin and the
others at all -- despite what their own Bible says of such things.
Indeed, this is not even erroneous doctrine as odd as it may seem to
read, this is acceptable doctrine. It is not debtable doctrine.

Question for the day: "Why were they trying to kill all of the Jews way
back then?"

I will say this: global totalitarianism was first spoken of as a matter
of prophecy some thousands of years ago. You can not get a cleaner
picture then the one which the Scriptures paint. We know full and well
that the Islamists, the Marxists, and may others today want to have a
global, totalitarian society which "they" control.

I can argue both Islam and Marxism come from Christianity in the sense
that they have perverted the Christian message to make their own,
anti-Christian message. Most people would not agree with this
assessment, however. So, they would be equally erroneous to argue that
Christianity's picture of a future, totalitarian, global society is
something that we gave to the Marxists and Islamists as something they
should strive for.

The Marxists and Islamists coincidentally became proponents of global
totalitarianism. Christian prophecy on the matter had absolutely
nothing to do with it.

Should this not strike people as the least bit odd or noteworthy?

And why is evil in the world not going away? Why is it that we see the
Islamists and independant Marxists and other rebels rise even as the
Soviet Union fell -- almost as though in sync with each other?

As for those who would point out that we had some years of peace in
these intervening years - yes, true - but look to the history of these
movements we speak of.

The core years of the modern, global movements of a fanatical bent
today were behind the scenes while the Soviet Union was in the decline.

As the Soviet Union slowly declined in "evilness" from the 70s to the
90s, these powers rose.

>From the 80s to the 90s we see these powers gain ever so in internal
strength.

During the 90s they did not surface hardly at all. But, across the
planet the Islamists, Marxists, and others were furiously busy at work
doing their evil.

Today... we see riots and assassinations and terrorists attacks and
wars and unprecedented violence globally.

It is not going away. We could deal with it. We could expose it in our
media. We could confront their evil instead of making it taboo for
discussion. But we do too little of any of these things.
