VERY SAD NEWS

[Johnmary Migadde]

Hallo fellow knights,

Death has robbed us of one of our own by the name of Arnold Nakibinge. He had so far attended one recollection  in the YES centre and he had promised me to participate in other activities of the knights. He had just graduated form Buganda Royal University with a first class degree in Computer Science. He was hit on the head by iron bar men in Kireka - Kamuli zone on Monday morning and was rushed to Mulago hospital. He really struggled for his life till he breathed his last today morning. He was the coordinator of the youth group I head in Namasuba Sub-Parish (St Steven Youth Guild), a choir member singing bass among other contributions to our associations. We shall dearly miss him. May his soul rest in eternal peace. Find attached a snap of him on the day he showed up at the YES centre Nsambya.The guy just behind Begumisa is Arnold

I have noted curiously that no one is praying for the killers of Arnold Nakibinge to be brought to justice. As the Holy Father noted in commenting about the scandal of sexual abuse of minors, forgiveness and mercy do not take away the need for justice. So let us pray that the killers of Arnold obtain forgiveness and mercy in the divine court but that they are brought to justice in our human courts.
