A) Please pay on or before Due Date to avoid late payment charges. Payments made after Due Date will attract interest.
B) This email may be treated as 15 days disconnection notice, if payment is not received within Due Date.
C) Payment can be made through our website www.bescom.org > Online Services > Online Payments.
D) If you have any grievances/need clarifications, please post the same on www.bescom.org > Customer Care or call our 24 hour helpdesk at 1912, or send an SMS to 9243150000.
E) Please enroll for ECS or pay ten days in advance of due date and avail 0.25% Prompt Payment Incentive. Please ignore if you have already enrolled for ECS.
F) You can now pay your BESCOM bills at your fingertips through Karnataka MobileOne. For details on how to access the service, simply give a missed call to 1 800 425 425 425. You can also pay Electricity/Water/Telephone bills, book bus and train tickets, pay your property tax, get a copy of your DL/RC and access many more services through Karnataka MobileOne.
