It was almost a year ago when I found out I was cast for a new anime
show called Monster. We started recording back in November of 2008
and I have had to keep a lid on it till tonight when I went in for my
final recording (62 episodes total) and found out that I can now
mention the show. This is NOT your typical anime, so if you're
looking for a samurai bash-'em-slash-'em show then this ain't for
you. This is a psychological crime drama set in present day and
delves deep into the subject matter that if you were pushed beyond
normal circumstances, could you become a monster. Is there a monster
in each one of us, waiting to escape from deep within us?

Because of the nature of the show, I cannot confirm or deny ANYONE who
may be in the show, other than myself, nor am I allowed to state my
character because he doesn't appear until later in the arc of the
story. But the character will be a plot mover within the show, and I
am very proud to be a part of it. The show will appear on Ani-Mondays
on the Sci-Fi Channel and each week starting October 12, two episodes
will be shown back to back. This type of show is not done often, and
is hardly ever seen on tv. The success of the show will depend on
you, so please watch if you get a chance.

Humankind cannot gain anything without first giving something in return. To obtain, something of equal value must be lost. That is alchemy's first law of equivalent exchange. In those days, we really believed that to be the world's one, and only, truth. - Alphonse Elric
