I just released Knet-1.4.4 with a number of fixes for problems caused by CUDA.jl updates and reported by comp541 students. This version also adds support for FileIO and JLD2 for both KnetArrays and CuArrays. You can switch to Knet-1.4.4 simply by using `using Pkg; Pkg.update()`.
