Mouse Database Download

Hello, 

I am trying to download the C57BL mouse database using the command kneaddata_database --download mouse_C57BL bowtie2 $DIR as described in the user manual. However, I keep getting the error message "ERROR: Please select an available database." I was able to download the human and ribosomal RNA databases without any issues using the same command. Am I missing something or has the name of the mouse database been changed?

Hi Damien - Which version of kneaddata are you running? You can check by executing "kneaddata --version". My guess is that you have a version of kneaddata prior to the addition of the mouse database. The mouse database was added in v0.5.5.
