End-User Steering Committee Nominations are open!

Hello Knative Community,

We are now accepting nominations for the Knative Steering Committee (SC) End User seat, which is a 1-year term. We invite individuals and organizations adopting Knative to submit nominations by February 27, 2026.

The Knative Steering Committee (SC)

The SC is responsible for the general health of the Knative community. Our charter is available here: https://github.com/knative/community/blob/main/STEERING-COMMITTEE.md.  The Steering Committee is responsible for appointing a representative to the End User seat.

End User Seat

The End User seat represents end-user perspectives within the SC to help evolve the community. To be eligible, a candidate’s organization must be listed in the ADOPTERS file (yes, you can add your organization to the ADOPTERS before Feb 27 and stand for the seat). The selected individual will begin their term in March 2026.

Please note the following deadlines:

- Feb 27: All candidate nominations due by 00:00 UTC (4:00 PM Pacific)

- Mar 6: Announcement of selection

- Mar 6: End User seat term starts
