Mission Statement

Knanaya Virtue is a unique platform for Knanaya people around the world to share the newsworthy information that impact our daily life.

Our mission and objective is to preserve the united Knanaya Samudayam forever. We strongly believe in the unity; any move towards the division of the Samudayam will destabilize, disintegrate and destroy the ancient heritage and its culture. We also believe that the Ecclesiastical hierarchy should be the torchbearer of HIS way. Episcopate and Metropolitans must be the spokespersons of GOD, and ought to work for the spiritual nourishment of the sheep in their watch. They should not engage in politics of temporal matters. Their primary focus should be on eternal gain. They should stop fractionizing and corrupting the Clergies and faithful of this Samudayam. At the same time Clergies should keep away from unclean politics.

We will not, encourage or support anyone who tries to undermine the integrity of Knanaya Samudayam; whether it is Episcopate, Metropolitans or Angadiath. We will support the administrative bodies of Knanaya Samudayam if they move towards the right path without touching the core value and traditions. We will not support any move to restructure the basic fabric of this Samudayam. We understand, we need to define the roles and responsibility of Assistant Bishops. In the past, Knanaya Association has erroneously created a constitutional difficulty of not to define the role and responsibility of the assistant bishops before the consecration of the assistants. Ratification of the mistake is not the correction of error. We cannot afford the similar error in the future. Accumulation of error will cause the Samudayam to go in to ashtray/extinctions/annihilation. Therefore, it has to be corrected with absolute care, similar to that of our forefather’s vision. Mistakes cannot be rectified by more mistakes.

At this point, we felt to appropriately acknowledge the work done by other groups; such as, Knanayaus and Knanaya Revolution. They succeeded in bring some of the behind the scene political wrangling in our Knanaya Samudayam to the public light. We hope that they will provide the same unwavering ethic to do the same in the future.

We also take this opportunity to congratulate and solicit a very special talent and a brilliant writer “ iMalpan” for his contributions along with other contributors for our cause.

We encourage the members to participate and contribute to this group’s lively, engaging discussions, freely and fearlessly within the framework of social decency. Let our feelings and thoughts for our great Samudayam be heard. Let us make the difference. We don’t encourage individuals to write any defamatory [within the legal definition of defamatory] remarks to anyone.

You can make the difference. With the help of you, together, we can preserve our Samudayam it’s heritage and culture.
