Upgrade to current KMotion version

My current version is v2.15a-rnx86-0.2.6. I was wondering if I could
get the latest version 0.3.2? and how to get it? I have a purchase
order number if you want that.

PS. I am hoping that the newer version will allow me to add ip cams to
KMotion as IP cams require a username and password to access them.
