I have purchased a copy of this software and was wondering how do I upgrade to the current version? My current version is v2.15a-rnx86-0.2.6 but I see that it has been upgraded to a newer version that is probably working a bit better. I cannot get the IP cameras to view in the KMotion software so maybe the version has a fix for this as IP cameras require a login. There was not a place to put a login in the KMotion software to my knowledge so hopefully I can upgrade it and it will work.

My order number is: 4G552438GG022874A

It would be nice to put an upgrade link in the Add-Ons to allow us to auto upgrade or upgrade when there is one available. Just a thought.

Thank you,

Brian Miles

Hi Brian,

I do not sell this software, it is free to download. At a guess are
you using reasyNAS?

2.15a is the latest version and supports IP cameras with username and
password logins. I might be wrong but I believe that readyNAS has made
some modifications to kmotion to make it run within their server.

Can you send me a screenshot of the config screen for the camera ?,
there should be input fields for username and passwords

Cheers

Dave
