I've drawn some complex polygons in Google Earth and saved them as KML
files. What I would like now is a method for graphically editing these
kml files outside of Google Earth. Essentially, I'm looking for ways
to remove large chunks of the polygon data or add to it graphically.
Does anything like that exist? Any graphic editor that can import KML
files or even a way to convert a KML file to a vector format supported
by Photoshop or other graphic editor and then back again?
