Urgent help using google earth in visual studio 2005 in run time

Hi, i am new to visual studio 2005 and learning it . I have a problem
in using google earth in visual studio 2005 in run time. i had seen
some COM components of GEPlugin but it gives me error as follows:

i dont know what to do cant remove this error when i drag and drop the
COM component from toolbox.

now how can i open google earth from visual basic 2005 and kill the
process and update my KML file and such that visual studio 2005 reads
automatically reads the kml file stored at some place in run time .
and kml is loaded in run time.

If there is any way to do it , any links or codes i would be much
grateful to you.
i need ur help and its urgent .Please help!
