Hi,

I have a KML file with a few folders acting as layers. One folder
contains instances of other subfolders. I want to load this KML into
the Google Maps API and control the visibility of the folders.

Could I control the KML's layer visibility through a small user
interface? I envision turning the layers on and off with checkboxes.

Could someone point me in the right direction to get started?

Thanks in advance!

Although this is feasible, a simpler solution is probably to just
split your data into separate KML's - one for each folder. Then load
them up as separate KmlLayers in Maps and turn them on/off as needed.

Cheers,
