Yes...

Right click in the "Places" column. Go to Add --> Folder. Put the
polygons in the folder. Right click on the folder. Save it as KML or
KMZ.

Another way - if you're editing the KML by hand using a text editor is to embed multiple <Placemark> elements inside a single <Document> or <Folder>.

If you're making Polygons within Google Earth, follow shannon9585's advice.
