Hi All
Does anyone know if there is any plugin out there that will import kml/z files into 3ds max or at least convert them to a format Max can import?

3D models in kmz are actually stored in "Collada" format. If you unzip a kmz file, you'll find the collada file (and any textures it needs) inside. Max/Maya have a Collada importer/exporter, available from a 3rd party AFAIK.
